Joyce has a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas Southern University, Houston, TX. She has worked as a paralegal for 15 years in corporate governance activities. She is currently employed by El Paso Corporation as a Sr. Corporate Law Paralegal and serves as an Assistant Corporate Secretary in the corporate law department. In this capacity, she manages over 350 domestic entities. She has worked a diverse career gaining valuable experience in corporate, real estate, personal injury, wrongful death, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, probate, business litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation and homeowner’s association litigation.
